Synopsis:  The first 6 months after graduating from cosmetology school are crucial, vivify your career at Shapers INC

This workshop is specifically designed for cosmetology students. Shapers INC welcomes recently licensed graduates with open arms. We know that today's hair &beauty professionals deserve more. This is a salon that highly values education and imparts knowledge to less seasoned beauty professionals.

Synopsis:  You are your own brand, Managing a salon effectively encompasses several levels of Business & Management Skills.     
 

Most seasoned beauty professionals that have ventured into management and/or opened their own salon would agree that managing a salon is much harder than it may have appeared earlier in their career. On a daily basis, Managers have to be cognizant of the logistics of business as well as get the best work out of the people working under them. Following this workshop, salon owners and/or beauty professionals in management will have a plan to effectively handle their inputs, outputs, and team members.
